I found the score on imslp.org as posted by Gunther Morche in 2009 from "an unknown manuscript." There seems to me no question but that it is by J.S. Bach, but I can find no further information about it. Even more maddening is that I thought that I instantly recognized as a movement from a Bach mass or oratorio but I cannot find it anywhere.
